With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Racquel Shepherd has decided to combine her two passions to help the decrease the use of e-cigarettes by our youth.
​
According to the FDA and CDC, 2 million U.S. Middle & High School students reported using e-cigarettes. This is only the students who felt comfortable admitting to it.
During Racquel's time as a mental health counselor intern and professional life coach, she saw the effects first hand. That's when she decided to start offering creative classes to help students cope and find joy in things outside of vaping.

After spending hundreds of hours working with young children and adolescents we understand how to build meaningful connections and allow students to feel comfortable to be themselves.
We provide a safe space for students to express their concerns and learn more about themselves and others.
Thesse courses help students to find ways to cope and relieve stress outside of vaping and other harmful behaviors.

BEGINNER'S SEWING
$240 for full 6 weeks
+$50 Materials Fee (starter sewing kit included)
Add On: $120 - basic sewing machine (to take home)
This class is all about stitching and seams.

ADVANCED SEWING
$360 for full 8 weeks
+$50 Materials Fee (starter sewing kit included)

This class students learn to creae patterns and original designs.

HEAT PRESS
$240 - Full 6 Weeks
+30 Material Fee
Week 1 - Heat Press/Different Types of Vinyl
